The following steps must be taken in order to meet the Interwoven Certification Program requirements:
Step 1 - Meet Technical Requirements
The technical standards of this program require you to have work experience
and be competent in the subject matter areas described here
prior to enrolling in the certification course and taking the exam. It
is your responsibility to ensure you have these skills in advance.
Step 2 - Complete Certification Training
If you meet the technical and program requirements, you are then eligible to
register and attend a certification course. The certification bootcamp course
consists of lectures and labs by which participants learn the skills needed
to do a basic TeamSite, Templating (VisualForms), and OpenDeploy implementation.
Step 3 - Complete the Simulated Project
The second part of the certification process is a 4-day simulated project, during
which the candidates get a chance to practice their new skills as well as to
be evaluated by the instructor.
Step 4 - Accept Certification Conditions
Once you successfully complete the certification course, you must sign the Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of the Certification Candidate Agreement.
Step 5 - Pass The Exam
At completing steps 1-4, the candidates take the certification exam. When they
pass all five steps, they are certified.
Step 6- Maintain Certification Status
Once certified on a version of TeamSite, your certification on that version
is permanent. However, Interwoven requires recertification on major releases
to make sure your skills are being maintained. To retain your status as an active
consultant you must apply for recertification in conjunction with major releases
of Interwoven core products. Recertification may require additional training
and testing.
