Features include: Automation of maintenance of the Matter-Centric Architecture. The Workspace Builder continuously polls external data sources for information used to create and update WorkSpaces. It also supports direct connections to multiple ODBC data sources for job data. It has an intuitive Graphical Editor for defining WorkSpace Templates containing My Matters Category, WorkSpace, Tab, Folder and Search structures.
It also has the ability to create dynamic WorkSpace structures based on secondary queries, e.g., for a dynamic number of Tabs/Folders for a given WorkSpace. Additionally, it can do dynamic ACL generation based on tertiary queries with complete support for ALL WorkSpace items including any number of Categories, Tabs, Document Folders, Search Folders, Folders within Folders, etc. It also assigns profile metadata and security for each element of the WorkSpace structure. And can generates and publishes new WorkSpaces to one or more users' Matters structures, organized by Category. The Builder also includes a Best Practices Guidelines monitor how WorkSpace Templates are constructed to ensure consistent WorkSpace quality and structure.
