Document ID Macro for Word
Product Description
The Document ID Macro for Word provides the ability to insert a Document ID in addition to selected information such as Author, Date, Client/Matter Number, and Client/Matter Description, or any other document profile information. The macro inserts the Document ID in the header or footer on one or more pages of the current document without affecting the content or formatting of the existing document's header or footer.
The Document ID Macro is a custom application that is created to suit the user's business environment. The basic Document ID macro uses two separate toolbar buttons for adding or removing the Document ID. More sophisticated versions provide options for placement and additional content. The Document ID Macro is also available with no interface for businesses that wish to force an ID on ALL documents.
