Users can convert paper documents into a variety of file formats (e.g., PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint) and then distribute electronic files directly to multiple systems and databases – all with a single scan. For example, users can scan a document, have it automatically converted to a Word document and then e-mailed to multiple recipients. At the same time, users can submit that document to your content management system – using the appropriate DMS coding standards. Additionally, with Ricoh's batch processing capabilities, users can collect documents throughout the business day and then process them in a single scanning session.
