Partners Honored for Exemplary Success in Delivering Solutions for Customer Experience, Financial Services, and Professional Services Based on Interwoven Technology

Hollywood, FL. - Interwoven GearUp '06 Conference – April 4, 2006 Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for business, announced today at the company’s GearUp ’06 conference the recipients of its annual Interwoven Partner Achievement Awards. The partners were selected for their exceptional performance in each of three key Interwoven solution areas: Avenue A | Razorfish for customer experience; Micro Strategies, Inc. for financial services; and Tikit Limited for professional services.

Interwoven’s market leadership is driven by its focus on delivering solutions designed to solve critical business process challenges for departments, enterprises, or industries—including solutions that improve customer experience, and vertical solutions for financial services and professional services organizations. The Interwoven Partner Achievement Awards recognize leading partners that have shown exceptional effectiveness over the past year in leveraging Interwoven technology to bring solutions in each of these areas to market, as well as significant new customer traction.

Avenue A | Razorfish (Customer Experience)

Throughout its long-standing collaboration with Interwoven, Micro Strategies has drawn on deep business knowledge of key industry sectors and the Interwoven product suite to significantly enhance the value proposition of the Interwoven solution set and bring specific solutions to market. The company’s expertise on the technology needs of financial services firms, particularly in the areas of investment banking, equity research and deal lifecycle management, has fueled the development of solutions that leverage Interwoven’s industry-leading Collaborative Document Management solution—based on Interwoven WorkSite software—to address the complex and unique content management needs of the Financial Services sector. For example, Indus Capital selected the Interwoven-Micro Strategies solution because the two companies offered best-of-breed technology and deep industry expertise for solving Indus Capital’s specific business challenges.

Based in London, Tikit Limited serves the European market through several offices across mainland Europe. During the four years that Tikit and Interwoven have been partners, Tikit has consistently been a top performer and a model partner for increasing the adoption of Interwoven’s Professional Services solution within the European market. The company was among the first to sell and successfully implement Interwoven’s Matter-Centric Collaboration solution at professional services firms, and has been instrumental in Interwoven’s growth in the prestigious UK Insider 250 (Top 250 Law Firms by revenue). Last year, with Tikit’s assistance, Interwoven expanded its presence from 63 to 71 of the UK Insider 250—more than twice the number of customers of the closest competitor. The Interwoven Partner Achievement Award announced today is only the latest recognition of Tikit’s outstanding performance.
