Leading VARs and System Integrators Embrace Interwoven CDM as the Foundation for Delivering Collaboration and Content-Centric Solutions

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - Interwoven GearUp '05 ECM Solutions Conference - May 11, 2005 - Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), a leading provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for business, today announced a growing number of highly-targeted solutions that are based on its Collaborative Document Management (CDM) technology and available to customers through the company's extensive network of partners. Market-leading usability, a highly-configurable security model and a scalable, high-performance J2EE architecture have made Interwoven CDM the core technology of choice for VARs and system integrators across a broad range of markets. Solutions built on Interwoven CDM address a growing range of business processes that drive increased employee productivity, greater process efficiencies, and improved compliance and oversight across departments and enterprise-wide.

Interwoven CDM provides document management, e-mail management, records management, collaboration, imaging, and business process automation all from within one application. This functionality is further enhanced by Interwoven's partners who leverage their domain expertise to develop solutions on top of Interwoven CDM to address key business challenges facing customers across business functions and vertical industries. Interwoven partners create these highly-targeted solutions through the use of customizable workflow forms and processes, metadata profiles and search tools, process specific user interfaces and vocabularies, and integrations with related third-party applications and data sources.
