Together, Interwoven TeamSite and Interwoven MediaBin Allow Customers to More Effectively Create, Manage, Distribute, and Customize Marketing Content

SUNNYVALE, Calif., - June 1, 2004 - Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), the world's next-generation enterprise content management (ECM) company, today announced that enterprise customers continue to rely on the combined strength of Interwoven's flagship Web content management (WCM) and leading digital asset management (DAM) products.

Customers that leverage both TeamSite Content Server software and MediaBin Asset Server software include:
