Interwoven Reseller Initiative Extends ECM Market Leadership Further Across EMEA Region

London, U.K. - 3 September 2002 - Interwoven, the leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), today announced that it has formed a reseller agreement with with iW-Solutions, a new subsidiary of Sybase Finland Ltd developed especially to deliver the award-winning Interwoven 5 platform in Finland and to coordinate sales activities in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Based in Helsinki, iW-Solutions will deliver world-class ECM solutions enabling joint customer organisations to maximise returns on investment on their eBusiness and related initiatives.

Interwoven's channel expansion program is a major sales initiative to deliver enterprise content management solutions to new geographic markets across the EMEA region. Under the terms of the alliance, iW-Solution will integrate Interwoven's enterprise content management solution into its market solutions. Interwoven Nordic in Stockholm will provide a combination of sales and service training, marketing support, and technical resources needed to both sell and support ECM solutions and to understand and demonstrate Interwoven's leading-edge software functionality and value.
