Content Infrastructure to Underpin Multiple Web Properties and Thousands of Users Worldwide
SUNNYVALE, California - July 24, 2001 - Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), the leading provider of Content Infrastructure, today announced that Siemens, the German electronics and electrical engineering group, has decided to standardize on Interwoven Content Infrastructure worldwide. The Siemens Center of E-Excellence has also formed a strategic partnership with Interwoven to coordinate the rollout of the Interwoven Content Infrastructure product suite throughout the entire Siemens organization.

The alliance provides Siemens with the complete Content Infrastructure product suite from Interwoven, providing a collaborative framework for Siemens to support multiple Web initiatives worldwide. This will allow thousands of Siemens' non-technical staff to create, manage and update any type of content including rich text, graphics, applications code, XML and multimedia while ensuring the consistency and integrity of the Siemens brand.
