Three Years Sales Growth of 719% Puts Interwoven at the Top of Best Public Companies List

Sunnyvale, Calif. - November 15, 2000 - Interwoven, Inc. As stated in the November 14 front-page article, "Today many of the biggest names in business from GE to Cisco to Compaq use Interwoven's products on their Web sites. The list features the top 300 companies in terms of sales growth over a three-year period. To make the cut, companies had to have positive earnings and accelerating year-over-year sales growth rates in the latest quarter. This year's list included companies such as Art Technology Group, Tibco Software, TSMC, Washington Mutual and Charles Schwab, all either partners or customers of Interwoven. Also represented were industries such as software, semiconductors, banks, medical/dental services, utilities and oil and gas.
