Interwoven TeamSite Templating to be Integrated with enfinity to Empower B2B Suppliers to Contribute Content
SUNNYVALE, Calif., USA - October 24, 2000 - Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), the leading provider of enterprise-class content management solutions, today announced the extension of their existing technology alliance with Intershop Communications, Inc., a leading provider of sell-side electronic commerce software, to target B2B eCommerce applications, such as marketplaces and exchanges. By integrating enfinity with TeamSite Templating, joint customers will now enable suppliers to contribute content to enfinity-powered marketplaces.

Because enfinity can take advantage of the metadata which has been tagged in TeamSite Templating, marketplaces can be built more quickly.
The integration of enfinity with TeamSite Templating will complement the existing integration with TeamSite, Interwoven's flagship content management software. Joint customers who are currently using Interwoven TeamSite software to build enfinity-powered marketplaces will gain additional control over the supplier enablement process and interaction with trading partners, by leveraging the metadata created in TeamSite Templating.
