Content Express for BEA to Provide a Custom Integrated Easy-to-Use, Out-of-the-Box

BEA Systems, Inc. (BEAS), one of the world's leading e-business infrastructure software companies, has
entered into an agreement to bundle Interwoven's entry-level content management solution with its new BEA
WebLogic Commerce Servertm 3.1 and BEA WebLogic Personalization Server tm 3.1. The bundling will help
e-businesses speed their time to market with personalized e-commerce applications, and make it easier to
create and manage personalized content.
With Content Express for BEA, our customers will be able to quickly create personalized and managed content for their e-commerce sites,
said Ivan Koon, president of the BEA E-Commerce Application Components Division. BEA and Interwoven help companies personalize and manage the
customer's total view of information, and reduce both time and cost for Web site development and management, in order to foster long-lasting customer relationships.
BEA WebLogic Commerce Server 3.1 and BEA WebLogic Personalization Server 3.1 will ship with Interwoven Content Express for BEA to provide business users with easy-to-use
content management functionality. Business users will be able to enter, modify and classify content for personalization on the fly and manage approvals and changes effortlessly through predefined workflows. Content Express
for BEA also will provide companies with the ability to perform whole site versioning and rollback. Content Express for BEA will be available later this year for download with BEA WebLogic Commerce Server and BEA WebLogic Personalization Server from
www.bea.com.
