SUNNYVALE, Calif. - June 6, 2000 - Interwoven, Inc., (Nasdaq: IWOV) the leading
provider of enterprise-class content management software, today announced that
British Airways has chosen Interwoven TeamSite software to create, integrate
and manage interactive content for its online corporate operations worldwide.
Activity will start with the implementation and deployment of an extranet offering
personalized multi-media services for more than 100 of British Airways' corporate
customers. Ultimately, 345 British Airways employees and their partners will
use TeamSite to develop, approve and deploy content to its multiple sites including
www.britishairways.com .
The TeamSite solution will eventually be deployed globally by British Airways
providing online services in over 90 countries. TeamSite will seamlessly integrate
with BEA's WebLogic Application Server enabling dynamic transactional functionality.
In the future, eBusiness services will include interactive television, email
and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP)-enabled content to mobile phones from
one centrally managed site, providing British Airways with the software architecture
to personalize Web pages and develop direct relationships online while maintaining
security and control.

before deployment to the live site.
