Recorded Webcast: Tuesday, November 16, 2004

Document management is not just simply check in, check out, and version control. People create documents in a collaborative team environment, many times around a certain business process. This collaborative and process oriented environment is many times overlooked and can lead to unforeseen negative business impacts such as non-compliance, proliferation and replication of information, and end user rejection.

Learn how Forrester defines the concept of collaboration and how it delineates the start of a document lifecycle. You will learn how to develop an enterprise collaboration and document management strategy and why it is important to define roles, responsibilities, processes, estimate risk, and increase ROI. Further you will learn how collaboration and document management requirements have evolved, and how WorkSite MP 4 addresses them.

Featuring speakers:
+ Erica Rugullies, Senior Analyst, Forrester Research
+ Jim Petty, Director Product Marketing, Interwoven
